Based in Queensland, Cottage Estimating Services provides accurate and cost-effective construction estimating, specialising in new home construction, domestic renovations, units and duplexes, and the building-supply and component-manufacturing industry.
We have the flexibility and capacity to adapt to each client’s estimating requirements. We help save money, time, labour and material costs by making sure a project is priced accurately and to budget. Our clients include project builders, small and large builders, owner-builders, designers, developers, trades, and building-supply and component-manufacturing companies.
Over the years we have gained knowledge and experience with the full range of construction methodologies, from non-conventional systems through to conventional construction.
What we do for you
Our services range from preliminary estimates through to a fully priced bill of quantities with the complete itemised costing for every task and element of your project. Savings made at the design and preparation stage keep saving as the project proceeds. We work closely with your consultants, or you can engage our recommended consultants for engineering, design or architectural work.
